Safe for all stages of pregnancy. Every body and pregnancy is unique. Prenatal yoga will help you trust your instincts, realize your strength, and connect with your babe(s). It will also increase the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.

Once you're cleared for exercise following childbirth, postnatal yoga can be a great way to build strength, increase energy levels, assist the recovery of your pelvic floor, and reduce symptoms of postpartum depression.
Postnatal Yoga
Ideal for beginners or those who want a gentle, restorative practice to support your overall mental and physical well being. This practice can supplement your existing workout routine, physical extracurricular activity like golf, swimming, or running, and also support your body as it ages.
